Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven E-commerce Sales Representative/Executive to sell our range of software solutions. This is a commission-only role, ideal for an individual with a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as networking, cold calling, social media, and industry events.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our software solutions.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored software solutions to meet their business requirements.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to develop effective sales strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in software sales, e-commerce solutions, or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of e-commerce solutions and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Self-Motivated: Highly self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Networking: Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Compensation
This is a commission-only position, offering unlimited earning potential based on your sales performance.
