Our team worked closely with SAP to develop a custom SAP Commerce Cloud solution, with a focus on a smart back-end interface providing real-time in-cart pricing visibility from the customers’ front end. The short-run project also covered migrating all PLP and PDP pages to the new platform and integrating existing systems and client data. This technology streamlines the one-to-one sales process, with pre-agreed discounts, bulk order discounts, and other custom pricing, plus VAT, easily calculated in real-time and allowing sales teams to input data. The SAP platform provides front- and back-end visibility on one page. It quickly calculates complex data sets — some products include up to 6,000 lines of data — and presents pricing on demand.

Another unique solution our team delivered was a workaround for Google Shopping’s restriction on unsupported Shopping content. Google Shopping is an escalating source of traffic for B2B vendors. But the platform bans pages linking to certain pharmaceutical items – of which this client had multiple. We coded a legitimate resolution to this, opening the marketplace to B2B buyers.
